Terms of use

These are placeholder terms while Snug is in early access. They describe how we intend to run the service and will be replaced by reviewed terms before public launch.

What Snug is

Snug is a private space for sharing updates, photos, and videos with family and close friends you have approved. It is not a public network and nothing you post is visible to strangers or search engines.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old to have an account.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent.

Your content

What you share stays yours. You give Snug only the permission it needs to store your content and show it to the people you have chosen. We will never sell it, use it for advertising, or train models on it.

What we ask of you

Follow the community guidelines. Snug is for family updates only. Accounts used for advertising, spam, news, politics, or harassment can be removed.

Service changes

Snug is new and will change. We will give notice of material changes to these terms by email and in the app.
